About Cycling South Australia

The South Australian Cycling Federation Incorporated (Cycling SA) is the controlling and sanctioning body for the disciplines of track and road racing in South Australia. It is governed by the rules of the world controlling body, the UCI and the national body, Cycling Australia.

What We Do

Cycling SA and its affiliated Clubs offer road and track race and training programs for all categories of our membership, from Junior Under-11 Boys & Girls to Masters Men and Women Over 65.

We offer membership - a full racing licence [GOLD LICENSE] which enables you to enter all cycle races (in the appropriate category) run under Cycling SA or Cycling Australia auspices - you will also have personal accident and third party insurance which covers you while training and racing.

Non-competitive cyclists are also catered for through the Ride License [SILVER LICENSE] categories. This provides our recreational membership with the same level of insurance and access to facilities (including access to the track) that our racing members enjoy.

We also offer Coaching and Commissaires (cycling officials) training and accreditation to all our members and we welcome volunteers. This is the PLATINUM LICENSE category.

New members are always welcome and may join us by becoming a member of an affiliated club
