Teams Nominated for RHTS

Teams to compete in the 2010-11 Rendition Homes Teams Series have been accepted. Nominations have now closed. The series will be raced at Victoria Park for 11-Rounds, a new points system will be adopted, five riders per team with three reserves (eight in all) and twelve teams. Thanks to the teams for naming their respective riders.

Basic rule changes for the new season:
  • Points system to change to top 15
  • 1st 100 points, 2nd 85 points, 3rd 75 points, 4th 65 points, then minus 5 points right down to 15th, so 15th receives 10 points
  • If a rider finishes he or she receives 5 points, DNF no points
  • 12 Teams maximum
  • Teams nominate 8 riders
  • Teams race 5 riders (3 reserves)
  • Sixty (60) riders maximum
  • Senior Handicapper & Race Director to vet all nominated riders
  • 11-Rounds
  • Last round during Santos STDU with double points
  • Victoria Park the preferred venue by riders
  • $1,000 nomination fee
